You and your family can take advantage of Lyra Health, a convenient, best-in-class mental health option that is available through your DuPont Medical Plan. Through Lyra Health, you have access to thousands of high-quality therapists, as well as assistance finding the right type of care you need.
About Lyra Health
Lyra is an extensive mental health resource for confidential care, including:
- In-person and virtual therapy options
- Medication management
- Mental health coaching
- Unlimited access to wellness tools for self-care, managing stress, strengthening relationships, improving sleep, and more
- Assistance finding additional treatment when necessary
Care through Lyra Health is designed to help you navigate challenges of any size, like stress and anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. When you connect with Lyra Health, they will assist with identifying a therapist based on ethnicity, gender, or LGBTQ+, who may better understand your needs and situation.
Rest assured that no issue is too big or too small for Lyra Health, and none of the information you share during your confidential sessions is ever shared with DuPont.
All U.S. employees and their eligible dependents, including children up to age 18, that are enrolled in a DuPont Medical Plan, including those covered by COBRA, have access to Lyra Health.
Getting Started with Lyra Health
Getting started with Lyra Health is easy. Visit the Lyra Health website and follow the steps to register.
Once you’ve registered, complete a brief wellness questionnaire to receive personalized care recommendations. You can review the high-quality coaches and therapists matched to your needs, then book a virtual or in-person appointment with a board-certified mental health provider. Sessions can be scheduled as quickly as the next day.
All Lyra Health support sessions are billed through your health plan, meaning that any copays, coinsurance, or deductibles for in-network mental health services may apply.

Free Services Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
In addition to the mental health services available through Lyra Health, all DuPont employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych.
